What makes Kelsey stand out.
My photography journey is typical in the way that I grew up holding disposable cameras in my hand, taking friends outside for photo shoots, and scrapbooking everything throughout my childhood. What sets me apart now is the way that I capture authentic connection with couples and families today.
As a hybrid photographer, I offer both film and digital photography to document my subjects. Film takes skill to learn, it produces timeless, painterly images, it has incredible depth, and it offers an experience like no other.

You photos feel candid, does this mean you don't pose people?
I totally pose my clients! I love to capture candid and authentic moments but I will guide you into that throughout the photo session. Authenticity will be the overall feel of your images but I do get the smiling at the camera shots, too!
What should I wear to my session?
I have inspiration Pinterests boards for just about everything! If you don’t know what to wear to your session, shoot me an email or text and I’ll give you some advice. I love being able to match an outfit to the location!
How will I receive my images?
Your images will be delivered in an online gallery where you can view, share, download, print, and purchase products from.
What is your turn around time?
For family and engagement sessions, three weeks. For weddings, six weeks.
What if I am SO AWKWARD in front of the camera?
It's important to note that NONE of my clients are models. It’s my job to make sure you’re comfortable. Just remember to relax and have fun! It’s gonna be a great time.
Do you travel?
Definitely! Ask about my travel rates.
Will I be able to print my images?
Yes! You will receive high-resolution images from your wedding or session to print, and I actually encourage it! Please print them. Hold them. Gift them.
Where should we have our session at?
I recommend picking a location that is special to you whether that be in your home, in your yard, on your family’s land, or at the coffee shop that you met your spouse. We can work together to find the perfect spot for you!
